Support at Home software: funding hubs, MAC, and Quality Standards

4 June 2026 · 6 min read

SaH and aged care buyers should not accept NDIS-first marketing with a CHSP module. Look for Support at Home caps, MAC referrals, SIRS clocks, and residential depth on the same person record.

SaH is not a rebranded HCP checkbox

Support at Home introduces funding hubs, contribution tracking, and reporting expectations that differ from legacy HCP-only tools. Your software should name SaH in navigation and compliance mapping, not hide it under generic aged care.

Dual-program participants are the norm

Many consumers also have NDIS or allied health episodes. One person record avoids duplicate demographics and missed handoffs when MAC, NDIA, and Medicare claims run in parallel.

See CareOS in your context

Run NDIS, aged care, or allied health with full depth per program — one person record when you need more than one stream.
