Provider capacity — FAQs

What does provider capacity mean on CarePlace?
Capacity listings show that a registered provider has availability for certain support types in a suburb and state. Listings do not include participant names or care plans — only what the provider chooses to publish about their availability.
Why do listings only show suburb and state?
CarePlace is designed to protect participant privacy. Public listings use suburb and state (not street addresses) so people can find nearby capacity without exposing where someone lives.
How do I connect with a provider from a listing?
Use Request this support on a listing to submit a targeted Find support request. Only that provider is notified. If you prefer broader matching, use Find support without selecting a listing.

CareOS surfaces provider capacity and support needs. CareOS does not employ, vet, or guarantee any worker or provider, and is not a party to any care arrangement.
