Provider capacity — FAQs
- What does provider capacity mean on CarePlace?
- Capacity listings show that a registered provider has availability for certain support types in a suburb and state. Listings do not include participant names or care plans — only what the provider chooses to publish about their availability.
- Why do listings only show suburb and state?
- CarePlace is designed to protect participant privacy. Public listings use suburb and state (not street addresses) so people can find nearby capacity without exposing where someone lives.
- How do I connect with a provider from a listing?
- Use Request this support on a listing to submit a targeted Find support request. Only that provider is notified. If you prefer broader matching, use Find support without selecting a listing.
